I would like all league owners to know that there is a chance that there will be 2 expansion teams added to the FHL. If this idea comes to fruition then this is how it will work. Each owner will get to protect 1/4 of its members with all retired players exempt from taking. If a team has the league maximum of player personel 99 players then they will get to protect 25 players as a bonus. Each team will lose 4 players in the expansion draft. I will only add two teams if I feel that all team owners are strong and the expansion owners pay there first years league fee at the draft and they know enough about the NHL. The expansion teams would aquire the 2nd and 3rd picks in each round of the 3 round draft just like in the NHL. The addition of two new teams will have 4 teams in each division make the playoffs rather then six that make it now. This would make the first seed play the 4th seed in the first round, with the second playing the 3rd.
